Abstract How has COVID-19 impacted customer expectations for FM in a post COVID-19 workplace? In what areas and with what solutions can FM companies seize the opportunities emerging? The connection between people and places has been disrupted in unprecedented ways. Businesses and FM providers need to adopt new ways to offer users safety and productivity both in the short and long term. These encompass utilizing a range of levers, from revised real estate strategies and hygiene and disinfection solutions through to rethinking and transforming workplaces, including but not limited to using technology and data to evidence safety and the quality of the workplace experience. As always, during this time of the pandemic ISS has continued to provide adaptability and the expertise, people and technologies to our 59,000+ customers across 30+ countries that enable safe and stable working environments to keep businesses moving forward. Biography AMr. Tuomo Saramaa, CEO of ISS Facility Services Hong Kong, has over 16 years international senior leadership experience. Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Tuomo held executive positions in ISS in Finland and has extensive background leading Facility Management and Services operations, building operations excellence and developing strategy and organizations for ISS in Northern Europe. Prior to joining the Facility Management Services industry, Tuomo worked as an executive in a European industrial products company having responsibility for Asia Pacific and the Middle East regions and being five years based out of Shanghai. He has a strong track record in strategic transformation and turnaround implementation and has served as a board member for several services and industrial companies in Finland. |
